What
Wallrich Landi is a full-service marketing communications firm. We recommend,
plan, create and implement solutions for an unlimited range of visual
communication problems.
Who
Partners Lila Wallrich, creative principal, and Susan Landi, administrative
principal, are joined by seventeen full-time staff members. The depth of
our six-member creative team is a rare asset, complemented by dedicated
administrative expertise and a full-time senior programmer.
When
Wallrich Landi took the entrepreneurial plunge in early 1990, as the U.S.
Stormed the Desert and Californias economy spiraled downward. As
design budgets tightened, Wallrich Landi offered value through enthusiasm,
innovation and flexibility. Today, after fifteen years in business, Wallrich
Landi ranks among the regions leading creative firms.
Where
Wallrich Landi began in a modest bungalow in east Sacramento, with second-hand
drawing boards, two telephones and a Rolodex. By 1994, steady growth enabled
us to purchase and renovate a vintage typesetting shop near McKinley Park
in midtown Sacramento. As we celebrated our tenth anniversary, we settled
into our new space at 2424 K Street, where we have more room and better
access for visitors and growing staff. As much as we love California,
were thrilled that electronic media enable us to serve national
and international clients.
How
Solid creative solutions come from intelligent creative process. Every
project at Wallrich Landi follows a logical series of steps for gathering
criteria, exploring alternatives and refining selections. Approval benchmarks
are well-defined opportunities to step back and make sure the solution
fits the problem. For design clients who work independently, this structure
helps projects progress comfortably. For clients who answer to organizational
chain-of-command, this structure helps projects progress at all.
As design solutions are created to solve specific problems, designers
are in business to serve clients. Wallrich Landi has been blessed with
the chance to work with some truly exceptional people: writers, doctors,
engineers, artists, inventors, teachers. Our clients bring a rich mix
of experience to the table, challenging us to keep raising the standard
of quality.
Why
We want meaningful design to be as essential to the one-color business
form as it is to the multimedia campaign. We want to keep discovering
the world around us: learn new ideas, make new friends. We want to work
in an environment where creative people are valued, challenged and rewarded.
We want to work with people who are passionate, meticulous and make us
laugh usually all at the same time.
