What initially brought MCE to Wallrich Landi was our expertise in creating a logical user interface. For the iControl product platform and its state-of-the-art iView software suite, our tasks included auditing legacy UI screens for consistency and ease of use, creating unique control graphics and style conventions, and providing ongoing review of implementation to optimize this critical aspect of the product launch.

Featuring rich graphic and dynamic content, the new MCE Web interface was conceived to allow graceful integration with emerging CRM and inventory control systems. Information architecture was crafted to support direct access to critical customer or distributor content. Back-end application supports Windows-based updates to technical bulletins and other late-breaking product news.

Developed for a national elevator contractors’ event, this modular island design captured plenty of traffic—as well as a first-place award for booth design. Spanning the aisle, a 20' x 20' island is visually connected by truss bridges to a 20' x 30' island for an imposing booth presence from any angle. Product and service messaging accentuated the truss bridges, while a clean, brand-driven graphic approach gave other panels an appearance of leadership.
